●Concerning applications for Hiroshima Peace Camp 2016, a simple campsite designed to accommodate visitors to Peace Memorial Ceremony (Thursday, August 4 – Sunday, August 7)
The City of Hiroshima is sponsoring a simple campsite for visitors to the 2016 Peace Memorial Ceremony. We hope to create a space in which campsite users and citizens can share their opinions regarding the abolition of nuclear weapons and the realization of everlasting world peace.
Period: 12:00, August 4 (Tuesday) to 12:00, August 7 (Friday)
Location: Hiroshima City University, Athletic Grounds
3-4-1 Ozuka-higashi Asaminami-ku, Hiroshima
Reservations: Must reach us by July 31 (Friday)
Cost: Free of charge (1,500 yen for a 3 to 5-person tent per night.)
